Event Management

Thebe toasts another successful Decorex Joburg Thebe Exhibitions Eyes International Tie Up and Africa Expansion for Decorex SA. Johannesburg - Unfazed by a surprise snowfall and freezing temperatures, Gautengers turned out in their droves to visit Decorex Joburg at Gallagher Convention Centre over the past long weekend.

Carol Weaving, managing director of Thebe Exhibitions and Projects Group which owns Decorex SA, congratulated the organising team, saying that Africa's largest décor, design and lifestyle show was a jewel in the crown of Thebe's exhibition portfolio.

"Thebe is 95% female - a fact that really works in the exhibition industry because women are extremely detail orientated," Weaving said.

Weaving, a former chairperson of the Exhibition Association of South Africa, said the challenge facing all exhibitions was the existence of some disreputable organisations that threatened to give the exhibition business a bad name.

Prom dresses

Shopping is at the top of the list when it comes to woman. We love buying and cannot ever feel content with our wardrobe as there are always new clothes and newest latest trends that we would love to wear and feel better in. It is summer now and I absolutely love wearing dresses.
My sister is getting married soon and I am going to be bride’s maid, as well it is my matric dance soon after that. I am thinking of just looking at cocktail dresses to wear to my sister’s bid day and then I will have to look for prom dresses for my matric prom with some fancy ladies shoes.

Mr Price is by far the most inexpensive retail shop for clothes, especially shoes and dresses so with my allowance it will be the best shop for me.
